The service
Launch Verdict is a manual website review service. You submit a request; a person reviews your site the way a first-time visitor would and prepares a written verdict — one of Launch Ready, Improve Before Launch, Redesign Recommended, or Critical Trust Issues — with the reasoning and priorities behind it. Verdicts are typically delivered within 2–3 business days of scope being confirmed.
Scope and payment
Submitting a request doesn't charge you anything. After we review it, we'll confirm scope with you and send an invoice before any work begins — you'll always know the price before you owe anything.
What a verdict is — and isn't
A verdict is one person's expert assessment, prepared in good faith and grounded in real business-impact reasoning. It isn't a guarantee of any specific outcome — traffic, conversions, or revenue depend on far more than a website, and we don't promise results we don't control. It also isn't legal, financial, or accessibility-compliance advice; treat it as an experienced second opinion, not a certification.
Confidentiality
Anything you tell us about your business is used only to prepare your verdict and isn't shared outside the small team working on it.
Cancellations
You can cancel a request any time before an invoice is paid, at no cost. Once work has begun on a paid request, email us and we'll work out something fair.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. If we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
